Chairman and COO
Bill Harris is a second generation prospector, born and raised in the Yukon, who brings a lifetime of commitment to the company and the Freegold Mountain area. Bill has been visiting and working in the area since the age of 5, where he first got to know the early prospectors in the area through his father, a well know Yukon prospector. Throughout the intervening years, Bill has worked in the Freegold area as an independent prospector as well as with many of the individuals and junior and major companies active in the area.
Bill has gained extensive experience and knowledge in many parts of the exploration development and mining industry through his participation in projects throughout the Americas. His experience ranges from project generation, through acquisitions, exploration, permitting and mining of both placer and small mine projects. Bill has conducted exploration and mining programs with up to 350 employees as well as various contractors.
Bill grew up with many First Nation individuals, and as a result has been able to establish a good working relationship over many years with local First Nations. Having permitted, developed and mined many placer deposits in the Little Salmon Carmacks First Nation and Selkirk First Nation territories, as well as the successful permitting of the Caribou Creek Property for mining and milling Bill has established a working relationship with the regulatory bodies as well.
Bill is presently an appointed member of the Yukon Mineral Advisory Board, which advises the Yukon Minister of Energy and Mines on mining issues, and is past president of the Yukon Prospectors Association.

Susan Craig has gained extensive knowledge of mineral development issues in BC and the Yukon through involvement in projects ranging from exploration through to production and final closure. Susan's expertise includes liaising on technical, environmental, and socio-economic issues regarding industry developments (mining and petroleum) with First Nation, Federal and Territorial Governments, special interest groups and associations in BC and the Yukon. Susan was part of the team which explored, permitted and developed the Brewery Creek heap leach gold mine near Dawson City. Susan also worked at the mine during construction and operations, and was involved in the reclamation and closure of the mine. Susan also worked as community liaison for Foothills Pipelines, and had the opportunity to work with the majority of First Nations and NGOs in the Yukon. Prior to her work with Northern Freegold Susan held the position of Land & Environmental Manager for NovaGold Resources Inc., which is developing the Galore Creek Project in northern BC. She was overseeing the permitting of this $1.2 billion project. Susan has also worked directly for the Minister of Energy, Mines and Resources in the Yukon.
Throughout her career, Susan has taken an active interest in the associations and groups within the mining industry in BC and Yukon. Some of her key roles include Director of Association of Mineral Exploration for BC (formerly the BC & Yukon Chamber of Mines); Chair of the Vancouver Mineral Exploration Group; Director of the Yukon Chamber of Mines, and appointed member of the Yukon Mineral Advisory Board. Director

Tim Termuende is a professional geologist with over 25 years experience in the mineral exploration industry. Since earning his degree in Geological Sciences at the University of British Columbia in 1987, Tim has worked on exploration projects throughout North, Central, and South America, and has inspected mineral deposits in the former Soviet Union. He is a founder and is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Plains Resources Ltd., a junior exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange with a market capitalization of over $35M. He is a Director of Island Mountain Gold Mines (now Lionsgate Energy-TSX-V:IM), and has previously served on the board of Road New Media Corp (TSX-V:RNM).
Tim makes his home in Cranbrook, British Columbia, and has been continuously active in mineral exploration throughout western Canada since 1976. He currently arranges financings and oversees a broad range of ongoing exploration projects located throughout British Columbia and the Yukon Territory.
Tim has served as Director of the B.C and Yukon Chamber of Mines (now AME BC) and currently sits on the Land Use Committee He is a member of numerous industry related associations. He resides with his wife and two children in Cranbrook, B.C.

| | | Greg Johnson Position: Director
Mr. Johnson joins the board of Northern Freegold with over 20 years of experience in the mining industry, including the past 10 years as a member of the senior management team with NovaGold Resources where he is currently Vice President of Strategic Development. Mr. Johnson has played an instrumental role in the growth of NovaGold from a small exploration company to one of the largest development stage companies in the precious metal sector. Mr. Johnson is responsible for NovaGold's marketing and communication activities, and is involved in developing strategic growth opportunities for the company. Prior to his role at NovaGold, Mr. Johnson was part of the management team responsible for overseeing the exploration and acquisition activities for Placer Dome's International Exploration Group in Africa and Eurasia, and as an explorationist with the Alaska Exploration Group for Placer Dome, he was part of the discovery team on the +30-million-ounce Donlin Creek gold deposit in Alaska.

Mr. Anderson is responsible for financing the Company's exploration and development efforts. Since he joined Northern Freegold late in 2007 over $25.0 million has been raised to advance the Freegold Property. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Anderson was a founding General Partner in Aquastone Capital LLC, a New York based gold fund. Currently he sits on the boards of Wescorp Energy Inc. Cadan Resources Corp. and J-Pacific Gold Corp.

Director
Mr. Fach has been with McLeod & Company LLP since 1992 and became a partner of the firm on January 1st, 2000. As a securities and mining lawyer, Mr. Fach acts for numerous junior public companies, the majority of which are involved in the business of mineral exploration.
Mr. Fach is a director and secretary of Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. and is currently assistant secretary of Copper Fox Metals Inc., secretary of Telkwa Gold Corporation and secretary of Superior Canadian Resources Inc, all of which are junior exploration companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Mr. Fach attended the University of Manitoba Law School where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985 and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1989. He was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 1990 and has practiced law in Calgary since that time.
Mr. Fach is married with two (active) children, is involved in various not-for-profit societies, community groups and organizations and professional associations, and has spoken on business law and securities issues to numerous community and professional groups.

Chief Financial Officer
Glen brings with him 30 years of experience in public accounting. His area of expertise has been in the accounting, audit and taxation of small to medium sized businesses. In recent years his focus has shifted to required disclosure in financial reporting, disclosure controls and corporate governance in the junior mining exploration industry.
He currently holds the position of Director and Chief Financial Officer of Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. and Copper Canyon Resources Ltd., both publicly listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
